Joe was very nice, however I felt the whole assembly should have been replaced instead of “ bandaid” it…. The rubber hose might be stronger but how many other hoses on the assembly are there ?.. that might also split?Being that I purchased 2 cars myself from U ( one cash & this one fianced )within in 2 yrs…&my husband & son also purchased cars & we have had them serviced here I would have thought our business would have been more valued & that replacing the whole assembly @ your cost would have been the right thing to do! I don’t have a problem with Mr Martz.. I have a problem with the decision from the “ general manager” who made that decision.!

Cost be $100 for you to look at my window and see the track was broke. Kind of expensive for just a look. That's bad. Will make me think twice about returning.
