When I received the text to pay online to skip the wait at the counter, I paid online prior to arriving for pickup. When I arrived, the cashier asked me to pay. I had to explain that I had already paid and wait for her to locate my payment on her computer before receiving my keys and paperwork. Paying online did not save any time for me this visit. I left my vehicle on December 31 and was told it would be ready on Thursday morning (January 2). My vehicle wasn’t ready until 1pm.
My issue is with Ford refusing to take responsibility and replace a faulty windshield. I plan to take the issue to a higher level. The employees at Bob Thomas were helpful.

My truck has 67000 miles on it. Now I have to buy a new transmission because of a Ford defect. That isn’t Ford tough.
To add insult to injury, I had to pay you the “diagnosis” fee to tell me something the internet already knew.
