Your seviice department replaced a battery, when I checked under the hood the positive pole cover was not on, and when I tried to put it on I found it is stuck under the battery. I’ll stop by in the morning to see if you can correct it.

The set up of my appointment was confusing. I initially had a mobile appointment set up but I changed the appointment to in shop and didn’t realize it was not at the normal service area and people were unfamiliar with “Truman”, the person who had contacted me initially about my Expedition recall. I had to do 2 service appointments to get all the work completed and was disappointed to learn some of the work was not covered by warranty. However, Joe did a great job in assisting me and I appreciate all of his help, as well as Nick’s.
