The Bob Thomas folks were great, the app that does not seem to communicate to them, and gives the allusion that you’ll be charged for warranty work, needs some enhancements. It’s sets them up to fail and angers customers. It’s a great feature, but if it doesn’t work, it shouldn’t be deployed
Joe and his team went over and above to do an emergency repair that allowed us to get back on the to see our Navy son in Norfolk. Their flexibility, creativity and determination were amazing!
Bronco was towed in and they delivered it back to me.

He was upfront and honest about all work and quotes I asked for, letting me know I had time to do them and never pushed me to do anything. Great guy, even worked with Derek to facilitate my vehicle pickup since I was out of town on a holiday weekend. Great team, will recommend, and when I'm in Fort Wayne, they'll take care of my vehicle.
Everyone at the Bob Thomas dealership went above and beyond to get us back on the road for our vacation. The technician stayed late to work on our car and got us back on the road.
