Reassuring that the job would get done
Everything went very smoothly.
This is the second time my Escape went into “limp” mode. After each time, I was told since it didn’t happen for your staff, there was nothing you could do. They said if it happens again, to drive it there when it does. When it does this, the vehicle is too slow to safely drive on the streets.
They said it would take 2 hrs it took 1!
It took three trips to get the truck finished. I left many many phone messages without return phone calls. I have a 300 and something dollar credit coming from a previous visit and I don’t see it on the paperwork and I haven’t received it in my bank. Last visit truck was there 5 to 6 weeks. I lost track of the first two visits. They finally found the problem was a turbo wastegate, but there was much much work done before that.
Joe is a great guy! The problem was waiting over 3 weeks for the part to come in. I was originally told 1 week. Other than that, everything else was good
They always do a great job!
Scheduled for several items that need attention but only did part of them.
My time is valuable and when I schedule service, I expect Bob Thomas service to be efficient in getting my items completed as now I need to schedule another day to get things completed.
The transmission is still making very hard downshifts at times.

Tom was outstanding in helping me. Unfortunately,in my case there wasn't a good solution for repairs resulting in my trading my vehicle as scrap.
Tom is always friendly, helpful, informative, and prompt. I know that when I drop my vehicle off, Tom is going to get the job done. I don’t have to worry or even think about it at all.
Tom and the rest of the team were top notch from the minute they picked up my car from my work place to the minute they brought it back! It was a job well done!
I called several times to ask about my car and couldn't get a call back from TOM who was suppose to call me after his lunch... and then again after her got off the phone with another costumer. No communication.
Good job. Courteous and attentive.
