I arrived 20 minutes early, but I was greeted by name when I arrived. They were able to take my vehicle without additional wait. Work that needed to be completed was confirmed. I was very happy with the service people and the work they did at the shop and at the body shop. They worked hard through a tough situation. I was disappointed with the vehicle the service department saved a customer for sure. I love the truck it’s very nice but the issues were many. I’ll be back again.
Inly complaint I had was grease on my bumper and greasy handprints on my fender and hood. Otherwise, everything was pretty seamless.
