Ms. Shepherd was very professional and very helpful and very friendly and easy to work with. She had great customer rapport and was excellent on her follow up.
Tom was punctual with contacting me about issues as they became present during my cars inspection. Giving me a detail explanation of the issues with my vehicle and the severity of them. He also explained how oe parts are going to be the best replacement option but not necessarily the only option. He finished our conversation with ways to try and save me money and using a charge account to ensure my vehicle could get the repairs it needed and be back on the road as soon as possible.
I was pleasantly surprised the bill was less
Tom was a pleasure to work with. No,it wasn't work,it was like 2 old friends with a give and take conversation.I would not say it was fun since we were dealing with my money.
It was a quick service on the amount of work done. However, the rates were really high per hour compared to what I paid not too long ago. And after $1600 you would think a refill on windshield wiper fluid and an inspection over the whole vehicle would be completed.
Tom was easy to work with, and the shuttle service and valet service were lifesavers! I’ll be back!

My experience was exceptional, I came in with what I though was a minor problem, that I wanted fixed that day, since I was only driving through. Joe didn’t turn me away like others did, but took me right away, and when it turned out to be more involved, he made sure I could have it fixed that day anyways. He was friendly and easy to talk to throughout. If I’m ever in that area again I would go out of my way to have him service my van. Thank you so much..
