I called to get an oil change prior to my drive to Florida. This is my 1st ford so felt I should go to ford dealer it was recommended by service advisor Tom that brake line radiator and gas line flushes were recommended and a recall my 2022 Ford Bronco only had 30,700 miles so I agreed to this with oil change tire rotation and topping my fluids off as I had concern my coolant looked low I dropped my vehicle off at 7 am was called at 1115 my vehicle was ready I arrived paid 815.00 for service when I went to start my vehicle my check engine light came on I pulled up to service door the mechanic came with computer to check he popped the hood and the air intake plug was not plugged in after service I pointed out my coolant was not topped off the mechanic then checked my oil and I did not even have enough oil and was told by service adviser Michelle the technician did not know that my vehicle had 2 oil pans a metal and a plastic which concerns me because this is a ford dealer I did not receive the service I should have I don’t believe the flushes were completed and took my vehicle to another ford dealer and none of the flushes were recommended with the mileage I feel Tom was not honest and knew if recommended I would do how many others has this happened to? Also I’m lucky the air intake was not plugged back in due to not enough oil after oil change that caused check engine light to come on or I would have driven possibly causing engine issues. I should not have to check a dealers work to my vehicle. Horrible experience on my bill Michelle service advisor hand wrote corrections made and gave me her business card for what I thought was a car wash but was for a free oil change seriously not recommended. I’m going to submit my paperwork to either the BBB or attorney general for review I work very hard for my money and had my last vehicle 8 years, how many other people are being treated this way and or being charged for services not necessary.

I had a flush n fill on my F150 less or about a month the high pressure hose blew off pumping all fluid out your manager said to me on the phone we don’t touch those lines to flush and fill transmission!! SURE

It was scheduled for last Thursday I had to call on Friday to find out that it would not be looked at till Monday then on Monday I was told it needs a part ordered Tuesday the part is ordered and Wednesday at the end of the day I get to pick it up with no compensation for not getting it in the week before and if I had not called on Friday I would not had any information on what was going on as to the delay and it ended up costing 967.00
