Gina was amazing, but she had to leave and then things went downhill. First I was overcharged. When my daughter went back to ask what the discrepancy was, they did void it out and charge the correct amount. But if my daughter didn’t call me right away I would have paid almost $70 over my bill and I don’t even know why. There still is confusion on whether or not the windshield recall was completed or not. Gina said you didn’t have the part but they thought it was done so…..?!?
