I was very happy with the service people and the work they did at the shop and at the body shop. They worked hard through a tough situation. I was disappointed with the vehicle the service department saved a customer for sure. I love the truck it’s very nice but the issues were many. I’ll be back again.
Inly complaint I had was grease on my bumper and greasy handprints on my fender and hood. Otherwise, everything was pretty seamless.
Tom is always great every time I visit. He is professional and knowledgeable.
I really appreciate you taking care of my Van with urgency. Traveling, and living out of it, it was very important that it got fixed in a timely fashion, which did just that for me.

This will hopefully/regetfully willbe my last visit to Bob Thomas Ford. I had purchased three vehicles- two Explorers and an Aviator - and probably would have bought another Aviator. Plus a fourth Explorer for one of our managers. But the service end of things just got to be too much work. Nothing against John.. He did his job very well.
He was the messenger not the issue. I attribute part to the serious accident damage to the car. But there was too much rework. And fixing the fix. In all my company cars, I had never bought the same brand twice (always U.S.) until my first Explorer. Then three with you. Moving on now.
It’s too expensive too diagnose specific misfire , it’s not random misfire and also not wiring issue, if it was worst case may be you will need a week to run diagnostics considering labour charged. Also bill doesnot mention the labour time exclusively. With all Technology you have you are charging just exponentially. Also when someone calls tell them clearly it’s 160$ an hour and we MAY OR MAY NOT CONFIRM ISSUE so people don’t even dare to drop their car. No wonder why people buy Asian cars.

Service was great. The only complaint I have is the diagnostic cost to tell me it was battery.
