I was not asked prior to me leaving what was wrong with my car or asked me to show the gentlemen what was wrong with my car. The wait time I was told did not match when my car was done. I had to call multiple times to see if my car was finished. My car was not properly diagnosed and I was not informed of the service fee.

I was quoted over $3,400 for a service (nearly 1/3 of the value of my entire truck). $2,000+ of that would have been labor for something that would likely have taken under an hour. Absolutely raking me over the coals with that price. I have spent over $10,000 in service for a truck I’ve had for less than 5 years. I will instead be selling my truck and getting any vehicle other than a Ford.
