Had several instances where I was not taken care of , got the runaround on several occasions Since March , several phone calls , even stopping in two times and still getting run around before getting taken care of ordering a part . This has been dropped on many occasions with this being Said I was a new customer to your location, needless to say I was NOT impressed. Finally, speaking to Michelle and communicating my concerns on a business relationship, getting in having service done , I still was inconvenienced having to take back the vehicle Back on a programming issue That was not done correctly had to go back and have it fixed we personally will be dealing with Michelle from now on and would prefer not to have Tom as our service administrator for it is not a personal fit for me, thank you Michelle for stepping in to make the over all experience the best she could.

Tom did an excellent job and took good care of me!
We had work done on our car which required them to keep it for almost a week. Services were forgotten so we had to bring it in again for those but they were done at no charge which we appreciated. Although there were mistakes made we do feel like it was made right.
Diagnosed the issue and we will fix it later since it is not a safety issue

There was a problem with the floor mat that was cause by you on my last visit that also wasn’t addressed
