Went in for a oil change tire rotation and driving out the wheel fell off. Left me stranded called back to the dealership and it was on the night phone. Had to change the tire myself. Major inconvenience and could have been life threatening

Unhappy with suggestions (car has 37K miles) and his suggestions was to replace rear brakes and rotors, along with 4 new tires....all of which were in tolerances. Also, wanted to replace wipers that I just replaced 4 months ago. Will not be back after these suggestions of items that he thought that needed serviced.

The service was done in the time frame he stated to me. There were a couple things we discussed that may need attention but no pressure on his part to push it, which I appreciated.
