Had to go back a second time because window didn’t roll down after service. Attention to detail seems to always be a problem when we have service here.
Tom so awesome he really took his time with me and I appreciate it and I will come back and I’ll let him work on my vehicle again I still have one issue and soon as I get the money and him talked and he said I can bring it back and I’ll love to bring it back hey Tom thanks for everything good good at what you do buddy
Very frustrated with the service. My 2nd time bringing my vehicle in for the same reason and had to pay twice for same problem. Doesn’t seem fair. Also once I picked vehicle up today the vehicle started a different problem on the way home. Called Ford Service and they sent tow truck to pick it up. This was a nice gesture but I’m still waiting for the diagnosis. Thank you.

Well I had an 2 year warranty on my "Manifold", that I paid &1500 for to get repair. And they telling me that it wasn't the "Manifold" that I had the 2 year warranty for. That's not right!, and they want me to pay for another "Manifold, Gasket, Spark Plugs & Spark Plug Wires for another 1500!. I am totally not satisfied at all!. "Customer, Joseph King".

I was there for 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. I was asked about changing an air filter and wiper blades. When I asked abt when the car would be done, was told someone had to go to the warehouse and get one. If I had been informed it would take that long, I wouldn't have waited...it wasn't an emergency. I was just left sitting, with no apology for my time.
Joe did a great job of getting me in and done quickly!
