Always helpful and makes time for my important repairs that would have compromised my driving safety. The team stayed late to get my brakes changed even though I came later. My safety was most important, and John did not want me to drive away unsafe another day. Thank you for the great caring customer service!!

I am not grandma with her car. I also have been a mechanic for a living for 38 years 6 years in a ford dealership. I retrieved the code that caused it to not start. Crank sensor it took a week in the shop for them to do what I told them to do. Just wouldn't listen to what I told them. They changed the oil again I was ok with that. But for the 4th time I had to reset the oil life. This is far from what I expect from a quality service. I was given a free oil change once and took both my vehicles in the same day and neither where reset. Not hard to rest but not a complete job. I was so frustrated the the code says crank sensor no signal and they didnt want to try it first! Tom didnt want to believe me. I dont except that as what I expect. Mistakes get made but this is about everytime I come in for service there are issues. Tom ask me not to check or test it. Just bring it in. Sorry that takes more trust than I have with this dealership.
