Tom was great to work with. He thoroughly explained everything that would be serviced on my Escape and the cost. I am completely satisfied with Tom and the friendly and wonderful service I received.

I came in today for oil the first oil change and tire rotation fir my recently purchased vehicle. He challenged me regarding the tire rotation but I said that I wanted the rotation. When the vehicle was completed I asked if they had rotated the tires and he said no, that there wasn’t enough mikes on the vehicle to rotate. I think that’s my call not his and while he offered to bring it back in to do the rotation, I had already paid and was tight on time. I’ll think hard before bringing it back in for future service.

Because Ford does Not keep a good inventory of parts in Northern Ind I have to take my car back twice and pay each time. Total cost for a electric plug installed is crazy. Poor design and quality.
