Well the front passenger ball joint went out on the on my lincoln mkz. Called to have it fixed. Had it towed there. Due to how much play was in the tire it self. Got a call that it was done. Asked if it needed an alignment i was told. It was not required on the replacement of the ball joint if the car was taken on a test drive it they would hve know it needed an alignment. It was pulling quite hard to the right. So i had to get an alignment to witch it costed me 80.00 out of pocket.

I was very pleased that Bob Thomas had the part in stock to fix my left side mirror on the spot. In only an hour. Everyone was courteous. Bittersweet: A $3 car wash cost me $200 for broken mirror. ????
