I had a “coupon” for the works for $34.95 and I got to the window to pay and she said it was over $50..I told her about the coupon and she asked someone and she said I was to use my points and now my bill was $40 something...I HAD A COUPON FOR $34.95. I just paid the bill and left. So now I used my coupon..paid more than the coupon and used my points??? Makes absolutely no sense to me
I bought my care in lafayette at raisor Ford..their service has always been amazing and I have been going back for their service because of this...the last time I went to Bob Thomas the lady at the window was rude to me as well.
When I asked about customer service people had warned me Bon thomas was not good in this area.
Was able to fit my car in during tight schedule to get everything ready before i had to take a long trip in it.

I’m very disappointed in the quality or lack there of in the brake parts used by Ford. I am highly dissatisfied by the service that I received in the service department as he was not able to explain to me why and then I was charged a diagnostic fee. I had to call a manager to get diagnostic fee refunded to me and I never got the oil change that I requested be done while the vehicle was there. I even told Wade that I still wanted to do the oil change despite not wanting to do anything with the brakes. When I talked with the manager about refunding the diagnostic fee I even mentioned at that time of course I would pay for the oil change. Not only was I not fully refunded the charge of 105, I was never given an oil change. I am calling a manager to get the remainder of my refund of five dollars for the service department to tell me what I told them when I brought the vehicle in. If this is the way that you treat a customer who’s lease is coming up in July I can’t imagine what you’d treat a customer like that was just going to buy the vehicle out right.
I sincerely appreciate the level of customer service that you practice at both Bob Thomas locations here in Fort Wayne. It seems to be becoming a list art. Please don’t ever loose it. Thank you!
