We were told the part was going to be $180 to fix and ended up being over $500!!! The $180 was just for 1.5 hours of labor, but when we got the bill, it was in the shop for 47 minutes, but we were charged $180 in labor which calculates to 1.5 hours! We would never have gotten the part fixed if we knew it was going to be over $500!!! I would have gone to a salvage yard, gotten the part and done it myself! Wow...we have had great service before with you, but this was very disappointing!
