Derek is always very nice and helpful. I was not happy that it took 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change in the Quick Lane. It would have been nice if the guy who took my keys told me it would be that long.

I took my truck in to get the leaking window fixed. I knew it would be 79.99$ to get the window looked at and that was ok with me. I was told by Tom that he couldn’t find any parts for the fix. So I’m not displeased with his service but I paid 80$ and I still have a leaking window problem. Wouldn’t you guys know ahead of time that those parts weren’t available?

I was satisfied until 5-6 miles down the road and then the light came back on for what I just got fixed !
The issue with the service was that I explained that I was in a hurry, and asked them how long it would take to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and the general inspection done. “25 to 35 minutes” is what I was told. In reality, it took a little over an hour, which made me late getting back to work (I was on a lunch break), and had I known it was going to take an hour+, I would have simply come back early the following morning, before my work shift started. I understand estimates for time, and even 45 minutes would have been totally fine, but it took almost fully twice as long as what I was told, making me late getting back to work, and I was not too happy about that.
