I am incredibly grateful that they were able to apply a credit from my last repair onto the bill of this repair. John was actually pretty decent when communicating information about my car. However, not having my car for almost a month was a serious problem for me. When I got the car back, the tire pressure light was on as my front tire was at 24psi. That's fine... I went and took care of that myself. However, when I got home and checked the engine bay, I noticed that the **** cover to my engine (that just snaps on) was FREE FLOATING in my engine bay. It wasn't secured at all. I was able to put it back on myself, but if that was the kind of care that was taken on the outside of the engine, what kind of care was taken on the inside of my engine when it was apart for almost a month? Mechanic also left his cup of water in my cup holder as well. Nothing serious. Overall I think everyone involved isn't happy with this experience. I'm sorry.

The wrong service was performed. I asked for a coolant flush and received an oil change instead. Unfortunately I couldn’t stay around long enough to have the coolant changed and had to leave without it being performed.
