Not completely satisfied. My rear windows are still non functional. A new wiring harness was ordered but no ETA was provided.
They were able to get me in and fix the problem

I thought $538 in labor for $574 worth of parts was excessive to say the least. I feel like I was raked over the coals big time. Next time I will definitely shop around because I know I can get a better price than what you charged me.

Number one you guys raised the labor price $5. And for $5 I didn't get my tire pressure corrected because I have a low tire pressure indicator and I had grease smear on my driver door that I had to clean

I used to get my car serviced in California. I have moved to Fort Wayne so can no longer go there obviously. When getting the works at the CA locations, I would get a print out if all inspections and what I needed to watch. Breaks, tires, etc. While I got a blank form when questioned about it, it was taken back and everything was checked as good. I wanted to know how much longer I had before I needed to replace my tires. Then I get home and review the paperwork and the tires weren't even checked. I have no confidence that anything on that form was even checked. What is a multi point inspection anyway?

I was very disappointed to call and to basically be talked to with no concern , that the vehicle that I had in there, 2 times and still had the problem show back up, while I was on 69 with my grandson,Tom said they were booked out like two weeks , I was so mad because technically they never fixed it the first two times, how ever, I was able to get my grandson home safe, with no power stearing,turn signals,lights going off and dinging and radio repeating no 911, I cannot recall anything else at the moment but was completely shocked to be treated that way by a Lincoln dealer.
When I experienced a problem with my new vehicle's driver-side window, it was no problem to schedule a time to have the service department do a computer reset. My wait time was less than what they originally told me, and everyone in the showroom was very nice while I waited. Definitely happy with this dealership and their service!
