I was very satisfied with work that was done. Tom and everyone in the service department was very courteous and friendly. The car performed perfectly on my drive home to Ossian. I feel safe about going to Florida now! Thank you Tom and your crew!

I took my 2016 f150 to get my heat fixed. I paid over 1,400 bucks. And my heat still isn't working. And my engine light was o . They told me my truck was ruining fine now. And they couldn't find anything wrong and all the lights was off. Will my engine light is back on. So I'm not a happy camper right now!!

Insurance paid you a nice sum to fix my truck after hitting a deer. I then replaced a battery in my truck. I took my daughter’s car in and it too needed a battery. But I was also charged $160 to diagnose that. Seems excessive.

She was very nice but quite scattered. She had to call me back with estimate amounts when she is the one that called me to talk about what needed done and the cost. She also did not schedule my valet pick up as discussed on Thursday (when my car was there). I had to call in Monday (the day of my service) to set that up as I never heard a time for pick up and I never got a confirmation text regarding that.

1st was an incident for a diagnosis on my tailgate locking and not opening, I got into it removed the inside panel to unlock it. I told her I got it opened and it just needed the new handle. She said diagnostics don’t work like that and still charged me for it.2nd was the repair and diagnostic of the rear camera. I paid $1300 for those parts and labor, I came in to pick up my truck only to be surprised with another 1400 replacement of the brain unit that operates the screen, I came in with it working then suddenly it isn’t, it’s a lot fishy. I believe the service advisor s job is to advise of all possible scenarios. I don’t think I’ll be using your service anymore.
