The gentleman at the front desk was professional and also had a positive attitude although the QuickLane was pretty busy at that time. There was a really bad oil leak and my driveway is covered in oil because of bad workmanship and I been reaching out so you can clean up the mess but I haven't heard from you even after varios calls to there facility I even called ford directly I'm pissed off

Only thing was I wasn’t informed about the 3% charge for credit card usage. Understand completely why you are doing but I could have written a check and saved over $50.
