I was able to get in and out quickly, which is a big plus in my book.
They were great getting me in the day of me calling. I had a list of things that needed done as well as an unexpected error code. So the service was great! However the pricing is crazy! I get a charge for diagnostic if customer have you see what is wrong, but don't have you fix it. However a $160. Fee is crazy expensive. Service this time was great. They got it right. Price, was crazy expensive. May think of taking my service needs to more cost friendly place.
The workmanship appears to great so far!! They fixed the vibration I had in my Transit by actually replacing the entire driveshaft. I had the same vehicle to another local Ford dealership three times to address the situation and they failed all three times. I brought it to Bob Thomas and they took care of the problem, which I am very thankful for.
It took three trips to the service department to get a set of tire put on properly.
Service was fast. Cashier was real slow
