Tom Spencer and another young lady took care of me at every turn through the process of diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed. I live in Michigan and am working at GM Fort Wayne Assembly and they treated me like family. And Thurman did as well. You are lucky to have employees like them. Thanks to everyone who put their hands on my Escape at Bob Thomas North.
