The female servicemanager was awesome! Her employee, was not ideal. Would love to work with female service manager again.

He corrected what was missed at the south location. Derek Schuch listened to my concerns and made this right for me. I am very thankful that Derek took care of all the concerns I had as I felt ignored and dismissed before dealing with him. He made sure my concerns were his concerns. He made sure his group to checked and corrected everything we covered. Without his help I would not have received the help I did. The only negative item is the amount of time it took for the repairs was longer than expected so a loner car would have been very helpful. If this is got the work I had done from the body shop then they did a great job. I only wished they would have washed the whole truck when they were done but other than that the north store did a great job. The service mgr. also took care of al my concerns too. Thanks, Andy Eash

My drivers side window was broken/cracked while being serviced at your facility. I’m waiting on call to schedule the replacement and re tinted. I’m driving around with a cracked unsafe window for over 6days and haven’t heard anything yet.
