Joe has always helped me out and has been very friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I came up there frazzled and needed 2 batteries in my Superduty to drive to South Bend and work and he got me right in. The staff helped me troubleshoot some other issues real quick and I was on my way. Very impressed and will be back and recommend.

Took two hours and five minutes two hours and 10 minutes to do a oil change tire rotation in inspection, which I thought was a little too long part of it was my truck set outside cause I can see it for 35 minutes before I was contacted that I was ready to pay the bill I guess the lady behind the counter was busy but still that’s an awful long time to sit and wait

I found a small ding in my door. I noticed that when the vehicles are in the lift rack, there's not much room to get in and out of the vehicle, and yet there doesn't appear to be any padding or attempt to pad doors and the rack frame itself.
I'm satisfied with the service that was provided to get my car back on the road it was much appreciated thanks!
