Did not have to wait near as long this time. We were not even there an hour we drove, right in, they pulled my car in within 5 minutes. Within a 1/2 hour, we were driving out of there very courteous. This time can tell you guys hired more mechanics, very much appreciated. Price went up but it has everywhere. And you get what you pay for. Thank you

Excellent 1st experience with the FORD service department. Michelle cheerfully greeted me and explained where l need to go. Tom greeted me as l entered, paperwork was prepared. After a short hour Tom came to me and explained. I am very pleased and will return fir future service. Thank you!

I'm bringing my truck back Thursday morning because the check engine light came back on half way home after taking my cleanable air filter out and installing an original. Code says there is a problem with the turbo.
