Were more focused getting rid of me than providing customer service. Didn't actually bother to tell me there is a nail my tire (though it was on my paperwork) and didn't offer to patch.

Went from 4 brake pads to two rotors, then four rotors, then a caliper… just kept going up and up… thousand dollars later here I was. Surprises like that aren’t ideal.
