John is on the ball when grettling the customer. He checks with the customer if they have any other issues that need checked. He lets the customer know they will start working on their vehicle & will let them know when it will be done.

Was charged $139 to run a diagnostic test to find out why my engine light wouldn’t go off… after I had already been charged $17.50 to reset the engine light… I kept telling Conner I had a new battery put in in January and I had been running my car with no problems since then… I told him I thought it had to do with the battery being put in wrong and asked if they could just reinstall the battery to make sure it was put in right… well, after running the diagnostic test, guess what.. one of the plugs had not been plugged in after the battery was installed… I would have gladly paid for labor if they would have just checked the battery… I will never go back there again and when I buy my next Lincoln I will go somewhere else to purchase…
