I went there for two things: an oil change and to have my underbody cover reattached, as it had been done at quick lane a few months before. I get home and realize my underbody cover, the main reason I went in, wasn’t even touched. I’ll be back tomorrow because my underbody cover is literally being held up with twine lol

Maybe this should not be a big deal but dropped off vehicle Sunday night. Left keys in drop box. Called Monday AM and left detailed follow up about situation. No call back. Called three more time to ensure you had info needed. Got one “will leave them a message from receptionist. Next time got hung up on / disconnected when phone got answered. Also Got one “leave a message on the night phone” at 3 pm in afternoon. Realize you get busy. Just looking for timeline so my wife and could make work commute plans for Tuesday if need be. It was a drop off-no appointment so realize you might not be able to get it done on Monday. Would have liked quick call
to let me know.
