Your phone number from SERVICE dept does not appear on caller ID—makes it necessary to look it up, and then have a hard time getting a human to answer is not exactly customer friendly. If I had known I was walking into a covid outbreak, I would have paid from a distance, over the phone or something. And auto-generated text messages, presumably by the Rep helping me, but not really—that I can’t talk to/answer to, is also not customer friendly. Just wasn’t what I was expecting.

I got a front in alignment and it’s worse than when I brought it in I did contact the sales person let them know that I’ll be back Monday morning to get that correct because it’s going to the left direction it goes to the right but I’ll show them when I get them anymore

Cory is awesome! He has done everything possible to make our experience wonderful. If I say that my experience has not been good, it is because FoMoCo Cory and his team did everything possible to make our visit satisfactory. It is the parent company that is causing the problem. With an expensive vehicle and an extended warranty I should not have these kind of issues with FoMoCo.
