Good consistent service! Totally satisfied. Peyton is a good service advisor.
There was no communication. I had to call and ask for updates. My service advisor would tell me one thing and then not follow up and I would need to call to follow up then he would tell me something completely different. A piece fell off my car and when I called to inquire about it, he acted like it was no big deal. I also didn’t sign for my car when I picked it up and received no paperwork. I had to call 2x to get my paperwork mailed to me.
I scheduled an appointment for 2:30 and was provided no notice of approximate wait time as I opted to stay and was there for 3 hours. I was told I would not be charged for labor, but this was still required upon checking out.
The low tire light is still on. It was not a part of my original appointment information but I asked Peyton to have the tires checked. Perhaps they were and something needed to be reset? Idk I don’t see checking the tires on the invoice though.
