My car has not been hooking up to my cell phone. It was brought to my attention by someone that it’s probably the microphone in the car not picking up my voice controls. I asked for it to be looked at to be fixed and it was not. I am not sure who fixes this, but it has been a complete problem for my safety while driving and using phone.

Poor service, probably won't be back. I guess they thought it was OK to not put the spare back up and just throw it in the bed. I understand they had problems but am I supposed to fix it? Could have at least offered to reschedule. When I did pick it up, they couldn't find the ticket or the keys.

I purchased my car 10 years ago in August from Capital City Ford and all service work has been done there. When I brought the car in for warranty covered transmission work, the car wasn’t even looked at for 5 days. I was informed a recall part was on back order. I didn’t get the car back until 12 days after I had dropped it off. I had been told it might be another 5 days when I insisted the car should have been completed that day, and thanks to my service rep, it indeed did get completed the 12th day—rather than the 17th day—after all. I chose not to join the class action suit about the transmission engineering flaw because I was told the warranty was extended for at least 10 years and the dealership “would take care of me.” Thus, I am deeply disappointed by this incident and plan to purchase a new vehicle later this year likely at Honda or Toyota.
