Fast and complete service
Cory gave me an estimated time of how long I would need to wait on the vehicle and had everything to go when I arrived. He was wonderful to work with and spot on with his ETA. Thank you so much for your speedy and wonderful service. The nice guy who pulled the car around from me was very pleasant as well. Great service!

Joe quoted me a discount rate on the diagnostic of $125. Steve, the manager faked to honor that amount. He charged me $129.99. It was the principal of not honoring the companies word.
Furthermore, I didn’t receive an itemized diagnostic sheet, only a print out of what was worked on. Then, I was told I had to talk to Steve who left for the day.
Lastly, I was told I had no coolant because of a crack that was connected to the engine. My car was returned with no antifreeze and I had to ask for them to put antifreeze in my car.
It was a very good day today with the entire staff!!!!

Awesome on the spot service! I came in with a minor issue and needed help. Courtney and the team came to the rescue and dealt with my issue while I waited. Resolved the problem 100% and it was less expensive than three other shops! I can’t that the Capital Ford team enough! They will be my first choice for service every time!!
I had taken my car to two different Service shop neither one to figure out the issue they kept my car for three days each could not find a problem capital city for found the problem in less than 30 minutes thank you
