Garner towing was great, a tad slow, but Tyler should be recognized for his patience, ability and attitude/attention to detail. If only , all employees were this easy and efficient.

Ok third time typing this so now you are gonna get the real short and sweet. You guys are a bunch of rip off artist Courtney has a smart **** mouth and accounted for about 40% of my horrible experience with the service department at Capitol city . I will never return first service sales and will sing to everyone I meet to never take a vehicle to Capitol city Inskeep or sharp and I already purchased a vehicle. I didn’t keep before you thieves. Purchased the dealership I already started singing from the mountaintop. I discount tire today when I had all my service done there instead of Capitol city and told everyone in there about what a **** dealership. And if you want to improve your customer service put Courtney in a closet and quit letting her interact with the customers. I knew I should’ve listened to my gut and saved $159. I would’ve gained more by setting on fire then spending with you guys and it all started. Thanks to Ms. Butler. I was better at my Customer Service job when I was 15 and showed more respect for people with my little toe. Did she does with her entire being. I can actually say she might be one of the most rude hey hey hey hey hey Customer Service folks I’ve come in contact with lately and the customer service in this country has gotten really bad so that saying a whole lot she’s so bad it’s almost impressive

Courtney is an excellent person and represents Capitol well! She took her time helping me, suggesting a tire upgrade, remembered me when I came back the next day, was pleasant when I decided to buy 4 tires vs. 3, and even filled out my tire rebate. Courtney represents Capitol City very well!

No because y'all said it was recall on my car and suppose to fix the doors my window still doesn't go down can not control the right backside window from the driver's side
