Appreciate her letting me know about the TB on the battery problem I was having. Also on the oil leak they found. She told me to ask for her when I can get my truck back in when they will have more time to get figured out. I was just in for an oil change today and understand why they couldn’t get taken care of today

Just something to consider.. I requested 4 new tires, 4 TPMS & an oil change. I had inquired about a quote for brakes. The first time Earl called was with a quote for the brakes. I declined at this time because I didn't know the cost of all the requested services. If I had had the cost of the requested services and the quote for the brakes, I may have decided to the brakes installed today as well.
Over the top with convenience and quality.Beat the Dickens out of TOM WOOD. A DEAL for regular customers to get package discount on oil change would be great

Helped me get checked in and found out why I had my truck there. Kept me informed of the status and when the truck was done.
I had a 12 pm appointment for an oil change. I was 5 min early when they took my info. I was in the waiting room for 2 hours before I finally talked with someone. They said it was almost done. 30 minutes later I was handed the paper work and paid my bill. When I walked out I asked about the oil leak noted on the paper. No one was going to mention anything - just let me leave with a potential problem that needs attention. I have another appointment to have this dealt with but I am not confident this will be handled right
This is the first time I have experienced such poor service. 2 and a half hours for an oil change appointment and no one seemed to care
