Since I'm living in Indianapolis, I used to do service in my car at Capitol City Ford East Side. In fact last time I got service they noticed me for oil leak, because Capitol City didn't accept my insurance I paid almost $1200 out of pocket. After the service aroud 2 or 3 weeks, I saw the oil cap had a hole in it, that made the sparks plug got oil. Since that moment every time I drive the car and accelerate over 60 miles it's shaking. I brought it there and they ran a test, they asked to pay over $170 for no result, they asked to pay $480 to get only other test that I didn't completely understand. I went there to get the car, when I leave it at home, it can not start. I don't know what they did in it. I feel they try me to burn money for nothing. I can't get it. Because someone doesn't have a lot of car knowledge, they give you information in way to think the car has a big issue. Spending a lot of money on running test only is really nonsense. When I asked what will happen after doing more test for $480, I'll have to pay for repairs and labor costs. With guys there, you can have your head spinning and stay sweating ????. It's hard to believe a place that you always gets car services can't deliver you a better result to find solutions. They don't care about someone's satisfaction. It seems like they think about money only. Mhhh money ????

I have always had good experiences with Capital City Ford since I went there almost 10 years ago!! In fact, Steve Braaten was the service man who first helped me the first time. And he helped me when I had to have my AC fixed last week! Having my car returned to my house was very helpful and I thank FORD for introducing that option. I will continue to use Capital City Ford when my 2019 Escape needs attention!!!!

I was there to pick up my car. The gentleman at the first desk area told me the person did not have our ticket all written up and that it would be a few minutes. He told us we could have a seat in the waiting room. We sat down expecting to wait a few minutes and 15 minutes later I went to the cashiers window to ask if she had received our paperwork and she told me she did not have any paperwork for us. I waited another 15 minutes and went out to the area we checked in at. According to the woman seated at the desk she did not know we were there to pick up our car and needed to finish the paperwork. She stated the gentleman had not informed her of our arrival. She apologized and quickly finished our paperwork and walked us to the cashier. Please communicate better. We were frustrated with waiting unnecessarily. Thanks for listening.
