I have done business with Capital City Ford for at least 20 years and I've had in that time. Only one bad mechanic this young man I have this time his name is Peyton is outstanding for a young man and he's very genuine and sincere about trying to service my needs and do address the issues that I feel might be wrong with my vehicle and he keeps me up to date and informed about anything or changes that may be happening I'm certainly pleased with his service and the service of Capital City Ford

Peyton kept me informed each step of the process.
I have been working with Peyton through the entire process to have my transmission repaired in my 22 f250, from the beginning he never knew any answers to my questions and never called back to keep me informed on my truck, I always had to call him, now it’s been several weeks trying to get reimbursed for a ford vehicle I rented through enterprise, Peyton assured me he would have an answer and would call back by this past Monday morning, still no word from Peyton August 15th Friday 2;58 p.m it’s been a total hassle.
The service was performed well and in a timely manner. I had no issues with what was done.
Courtney is Fantastic. Without her we couldn’t have made our annual trip to Oshkosh.
Steve, your Deisel tech could not have been any more helpful to me. They took time and got me back on the road. I very much appreciate how they help me. Steve had some good corny jokes. My girlfriend and I are still laughing about him. Steve was willing to help me move my load to the U-Haul truck and the Tec got my pick up going. We put the load back on my trailer and I'm fixing to to deliver this morning in Cincinnati. Thank you guys.
