This was my first experience with John W. Very nice to work with. A special thanks goes to the gal in the cashier's office who found my laptop that I had left near the payment counter. She called me to tell me she was keeping it secure until I was able to return and pick it up.

For the second time, we went to pick up our vehicle only to find that the reason we brought it in to begin with was not fixed. This last time we were without the car for over a week due to wrong parts ordered and a myriad of other excuses. I’m 90% sure we won’t be back to capital city ford as we could probably get better more accurate (and honest) service at some place like Jiffy lube than the quality of service we received at capital city.
