The service technician did not listen to my concerns on the underlying issues and not just fixing the symptoms which were fixed 6 times now in 6 weeks. On my way home which is an 1.5 hour drive my car broke down again due to the underlying electrical issue. Instead of having the car sent back to you I spent 300 dollars for the car to be sent back to my house. I am very very unhappy. This was on my 2014 Ford Flex. Fortunately I will not have to come back to this place.

They did not give you the service that should be the problem was with the computer and you denied it in order not to fulfill the guarantee, never eat another Ford vehicle or anyone else from my family and friends
