The check out lady is rude and the mechanic quoted me without including labor so there was a surprise $300 at checkout and the Lady was really rude about it when I was confused and asked for clarification. I’ve been coming here a while and honestly the last interaction makes me feel unwelcome, so I guess I’ll look for other service centers.

Not happy to spend the money but the focus has been a good car. Your service was quick and as always Teresa is the best ! Its too bad Ford is so proud of their trucks. They have priced themselves out of my market. Your service is top notch and I will continue to bring my focus to you when I need service

It appears there were some issues like excessive brake wear and tires that needed possible replacement. She did not mention it or offer a deal on service or new tires. Now there was a flyer but still in the past I’ve been offered deals on a things like that.

I put 2000 down I just got the car and had it for two weeks and had to fix the brakes and rotors I like the car that what made me pay for it give me a discount on a paint job or a free paint job we can call it even plzzz and thank you

No personnel wore masks except the courtesy driver (who was lovely). I am high risk and it felt very risky to be at your facility. Theresa did her job fine, but I wore my mask to protect her—couldn’t she wear hers to protect me? Getting a car serviced should not require risking my life or health.
