I’m satisfied with Cory, but I’ve had to bring my truck in 3 times for a coolant leak. And was charged all 3 times heavily for it. So I spent $1800 in which the first time I paid should’ve fixed the problem. The fact that the service manager wanted me to pay full price the last 2 times to have the issue fixed is atrocious. I’m 100% dissatisfied with the quality of service that I’ve received from your dealership. Especially when you have a paper at the service desk with your mission statement saying “ you’ll fix the problem the first time” and couldn’t provide that part of it. I sincerely hope someone high up in the food chain receives this and takes a look either at your quality of mechanics or at the very least enlightens them to perform full tests to ensure that the original problem is fixed.

Cory doesn’t seem to be interested in customer service. He was short on the phone with me when he called to let me know the truck was done. I responded to a text about needing a ride with no response. Received a text about the truck being done and I again responded with needing a ride. I waited 25 mins and finally called and talked to Gail and my ride was sent. I understand he was busy but he may want to slow down and help a customer.

I have dealt/traded at Capitol city for years 1993. Techs have almost always been very helpful. If not I tell them about it and move on. Really nice to walk in and be greeted by name by those that have been there for awhile. Awesome customer service! Very knowledgeable! Thank you!
