We brought our 2013 Ford Flex to the dealership on 11/25 to get a recalled part put on , a oil change and to get diagnostic test done because there was draw on the battery. Anyhow, my husband had talked to Cory a few times since leaving our car but hadn't heard from him in a while. So on 12/4 my husband called Cory and while on speaker phone he stated that our car was ready yet no one had called us we called him, 1st red flag.Then when my husband asked him about the battery draw that we had been experiencing Cory stated that you guys had been starting the car everyday since we dropped it off and the battery was never dead car started right up everytime.Ok fine so we come to get the car drive it around all day , wake up 12/5 and go to start the car 7am car dead . Looked at the paperwork to call dealership and noticed discrepancy in your paperwork,the paperwork states that there is a .7 draw on the battery.Now im confused because if there is draw somewhere we paid for a diagnostic to find out why our car keep dying and to get it fixed . Car dead the next day. I feel like Cory lied to us about several things and one of them was that someone was starting the car everyday and the car started everytime.I don't believe it .What I believe happened was someone got tired of trying to figure out what was wrong with our car and just told us that it was starting fine and just needed to be driven more ,so that we would just come get it .Also, Cory put on the paperwork that car had only been driven twice in 5 years. Not true at all we haven't even had car 5 years no we don't drive it all the time ,because half the time it won't start . But anyway we are not at all satisfied with the service that we received at your dealership,part of the reason we brought it there was to find the problem and get it fixed.I just feel like money was wasted because our car is still broken and we could have just taken it somewhere else.
