The customer service was great, everyone was very friendly however, I did ask for the ticking that I was hearing under my hood to be checked into and taken care of and they failed to do so. I’m sure just a misunderstanding and I’m also sure I will be a return customer but the ticking is still happening and was never resolved. All in all a good visit.

Cory has great customer service skills. When I first called to tell him who I was, he already had typed the caller ID number in and had my account pulled up. For a big service dealership, that personal touch meant a lot.

I wasn't informed on what was going on with my truck until I made a phone call 3 days after drop off. I've had a serious problem with my fuel mileage and DEF system since my catalytic converter was replaced. Capitol city replaced def system and catalytic converter. My def system had not be operating right since initial said fix. Still isn't working proper,mileage per gallon is still off. The death wobble is still there that was supposed to be fixed as well. After a week in the shop I still had to keep in touch with what was going on with my truck. This has been an on going issue for a year now.
