I dropped my truck off for repair with all tires low of air I forgot to mention it over the ph only for my truck to be ready and pulled out with the same low tires... Jus figured they would notice and kindly air them up but I had 2 ask myself.. other than that I'm good...

Service writer went on vacation and another writer had to pick up and redo what should have been done in the first place had my car for eight days. I work in auto parts business and know the system but this length of time was unacceptable and most definitely would not recommend capital city Ford for service any further service I need on all three of my fords will go elsewhere
