Thank you for asking. Corey was great, however upon quick inspection of my vehicle before I left I found that the engine cover had been left off. No big deal, I went in and told Corey about it and a few minutes later some kid comes out with it. It is rubber and looked as if it had been wadded up in the trash can. Then I had to show him how to install it after he tore part of it by forcing it over the oil cap and the Schrader valve for the A/C. Secondly, when I got home the front bumper cover had come loose/fallen down. It appears someone hit it in the parking lot and pushed it back in place. I didn’t call because I didn’t notice it till I got home. I had a similar experience many years ago with a towing company and they said I could have done it myself and I had no proof. Essentially it’s my word against yours and I expect to be stuck with it. I doubt anyone actually reads these anyway. Bryan T
