I brought my father’s car in for him, I’d never had any interaction with Capital Ford but from beginning to end... my experience was awesome! Theresa Was fantastic! She went above and beyond. Also the woman who drove me home was sweet as can be. Her name is Marty. And I apologize I don’t know her name but the cashier was VERY busy BUT she was all smiles!!! I even met the service manager and he was business with a smile. I was compelled to write this... beautiful people took care of me... I’m going to volunteer to bring the car back next time just to see these wonderful people!
My suggestion is to be honest with time frames on the oil change process. My husband was told 2.5 hours, but then other cars were placed in front of our vehicle in line which made it a 4-5 hour wait. If he had been told originally the wait time, he would have simply dropped off the vehicle and arranged a ride, but had to use Lyft when the time frame doubled. While the “drive up” nature of the oil change is nice, in theory, it’s never less than 2-3 hours wait at the least. In the future, I will schedule my oil change knowing it will inconvenience my whole day. I don’t need a call back.

My vehicle was there for 6 days and wasn't even looked at. I'm in a rental and I have been paying each day for my car to sit on your lot. I towed it to a different dealership and got it looked at within 4 hours. I will not return for service or to buy another vehicle from your dealership.
