J Acosta was great and pleasant but service on my car today was extremely slow, i was there from 10:30 to 4:00 also my appt did not show on her tablet but the appt was done last friday by one of the service guys and why that happen i don't know bcause i also received a text as a reminder the day before.This was not J Acosta fought that i understand but service was way to slow...

My car's check engine light went on because the gas top wasn't screwed on. I was told that if the car didn't have a problem that I wouldn't pay the diagnostic fee. I was charged for the diagnostic fees when there wasn't anything wrong with the car. I found it misleading to tell a client that they won't get charged a diagnostic fee if there is nothing wrong with the car. Otherwise I found the representative very polite and generally helpful. Actually this issue strikes me to be a business policy and communication related, rather than the representative who seemed to be doing her job.
