Janice was great. She did her job and made it all right in the end. The issue was that when the appointment was made over the telephone, we were told it would take approximately 1.5 hours. However, when we arrived to drop the vehicle and wait, we were told it was an “all day” thing.
Thankfully Janice helped to make it all work out.
Steve was thorough and clear - communicated with me all day about what my car needed and his recommendations. Great experience!

Lugo Maniz was great! My tire air pressure light was on and in order to get it addressed I would have to pay a diagnostic fee. I have been a long time customer and I feel that it is ridiculous for me to have to pay a diagnostic fee for a air pressure light. This was very disappointing!
It was a looooooooooong day but it was finally fixed today (I’m almost positive it is) so I’m hoping it’s all set. I wish I had access to a loaner car or even a rental but they said absolutely nothing was available.
My windshield wiper was dislodged by the car wash. It didn't put a smile on my face.
Janice is great. She always follows up and is very attentive towards the customer.
